my wife with me in Egypt from 5 months and we wait till she get 6 months then we travel 2gether to the states she`s an American woman

when we try to read about the i-130 we find out this

STEP I (Form 3.5A)

From the U.S. Citizen Petitioner:

1) Complete the immediate relative petition (Form I-130).

2) Submit the documents that are needed to support the petition (see attached Form 3.5A).

3) Proof that the petitioner has maintained continuous residency in the consular district a minimum of the preceding six months in order to demonstrate residenc

my question is what`s the Submit the documents that are needed to support the petition we will need and how long it all will take if we start in September

smells like 'Direct Consular Filing' instructions for Form I-130, a spousal petition.

if the US Citizen QUALIFIES on residency in Egypt, then she should file the I-130 to the US Embassy.

Suggest you and yer wife read http://www.visajourney.com/content/dcf

get all the forms, practice filling them out.

Good Luck !

So you're doing Direct Consular Filing (DCF) with the Manila Consulate, right?

First off, make sure your wife qualifies to file DCF there - i.e. if she is on a visitor or student visa, it's likely that she'll get rejected and be told to file in the US. She needs an appropriate residence visa for the Philippines, and she needs to demonstrate that she's lived there continuously for at least 6 months before filing. That said, the longer the better for DCF, so if you're able to delay it by a couple of months, it's better to be on the safe side of things (e.g. apply after 8 or 9 months of her having lived in the Philippines, as opposed to 6 months and 1 day - you get what I mean).

Now, as to the documents to demonstrate her continuous residency: how you prove it is really up to you, and remember to send photocopies, not originals, as they may not be returned to you. Strong evidence that people use to prove residency are: a copy of her Philippines visa with the entry stamp being at least six months prior to the petition; house/apartment lease or letter from landlord; proof of employment; bank account statements in her name; utility bills in her name; any other correspondence to the Philippines address with her name on (ideally covering the whole period of 6+ months); any Philippines insurance (health, car etc.) issued on her name etc.

These are the strongest primary evidence and it's recommended that you use as many of these as possible (the Philippines visa copy by all means).

Secondary evidence can include receipts of purchases in the Philippines, proof of activities there covering the required period of time (e.g. excursions, hotel stays, theater, restaurants etc.), recent photos of her in the Philippines etc.

The lists are by no means exhaustive and you can be as creative as you want. But I strongly recommend that you use at least some of the primary evidence, and the secondary stuff can be used just to complement your case.
