Color copies or Black/White copies?

Did you guys send color copies or black/white copies of your birth certificate, marriage certificate, and police certificate to NVC? Does it even matter? I want to send color copies of my marriage certificate, my wife's birth certificate, etc but I am afraid that NVC cannot tell which ones are the original? (My scanner scan really well.)

If you are sending those things to NVC, than you need to send original documents with 1 photo copy of each document. Photocopy always comes out as black. But if you wana send color that's optional. Black and white is just fine.

04-28-2022 - Interview date at mumbai embassy

You have picture in your marriage certificate? Strange!

Yes. You can send in black 'n' white even though the picture will be BW. Just make sure you change the darkness/contrast enough so that in the BW copy you faces are distinguishable.
