My fiancée will need to get a CNCC from the Singapore Police and I have a couple of questions about the form. I hope that someone who has already filled it out can answer.

On the first page of the section that is filled out there is a section titled: Collection of CNCC Collected by: Applicant/Proxy. My question is what is this for? Does it need to be filled out and if so by who?

Also under section B.REASON FOR APPLICATION should I select OTHERS and state that it is for an I-129F filing at the US Embassy in the Philippines?

Nobody out there required a CNCC from Singapore? Would have thought there would be at least one who could answer these questions. Oh well, I'll just have to hope for the best and hope I fill it out properly.

collection - who is picking it up ?

applicant to show up in sing, pick up in person, or

proxy - someone 'delegated' by the applicant, as authorised to pick it up, in lieu of the applicant.
