Just checked my status online. It says that AOS was approved in August 10, and that they ordered a card for me (I never got an e-mail, which is kind of strange). So needless to say I am very happy but I do have two questions:

First online status does not show that my I-130 is approved, that does not sound right??

Second how long does it take from when they order the card until I get it??

Thanks a lot for everyone's support, I couldn't have done it without you.

Congratulations!

My card took 8 days to arrive from the day of approval. It arrived 2 days after my welcome letter.

Congrats! my case status online was changed 3 times after my interview: 1st, it says on XXXXXX your I-485 application has been approved. 2nd touched, it says your card was ordered and 3rd one says the approval noticed has been mailed which really means GC and I didn't get any email either.

congratulations!!

It took me a week to get the card. :D

I forgot to reply regarding the I 130. My case status of I 130 never been changed. But I received a letter (by regular mail) said the case has been approved.

I guess you will received the mail state your I 130 has been approved soon.

Did you check your junk folder? My spam filter has been sending all emails from CRIS to the junk folder.

Second how long does it take from when they order the card until I get it??

In our case, it was six days between the online case status update notifying us that a card was being prepared and when it actually showed up in the mailbox. So the green card actually arrived six days after AOS was approved.

K1 Visa
