Some of my documents are taken with a camera, eg his and my driver's license, photo is clear showing we have same address. Is this acceptable?

I-751 Waiver Timeline:

1/08/2011 - Sent I-751 to CSC

1/10/2011 - Package received by CSC

1/12/2011 - Check cleared

1/15/2011 - NOA receipt dated 1/10/2011

2/10/2011 - Rec'd biometrics appt notice dated 2/3/2011

3/03/2011 - Biometrics appt.

4/25/2011 - Card Production ordered

4/29/2011 - Card Received

Done with USCIS.

As long as it's a legible copy you should be fine. It'd be easier to use photocopies though.
