I like Stilton, and Danish blue, Red Leicester, Emanthal, a nice gooey Camembert, mmmm, a good crumbly Caerphilly - and of course don't forget the Branston!

Refusing to use the spellchick!

I have put you on ignore. No really, I have, but you are still ruining my enjoyment of this site. .

Mmmm, I am drooling now. I adore cheese :) Especially love aged cheddar (and it must be white, yellow cheddar is just ridiculous to me), bleu cheese, extra sharp provolone, Swiss. I am generally more of a fan of sharp, strong flavored cheeses .... but I do like fresh mozzarella too. Oh, and Brie too ... mmmmmmmm.

I love cheese! I try not to buy it often because I just can be trusted with it.

My all time fave is white cheddar curds (the kind they put on real poutine) I love the way it squeaks against your teeth. Can't find it here in Louisiana though.

I'm really liking Swiss lately- didn't care for it much growing up but now I love it.

I love going to Whole Foods- they always have tons of cheese samples. I get my fill there.

Oh Cheese! How I love thee!!! My faves are Havarti, Brie (especially when served en croute), Gorgonzola, Blue, Extra Sharp White Cheddar, Gouda, and I adore Muenster slices for sandwiches.
