HI EVERYONE!! MY HUSBAND JUST CALLED A WHILE AGO AND WE'RE SO HAPPY BECAUSE I'VE GOT MY NEW WAC NUMBER AND I CAN CHECK MY CASE STATUS NOW ONLINE.... BUT STILL I HAVE TO WAIT MY BIOMETRIC LETTER APPOINTMENT.... I AM HOPING TO GET IT THIS WEEK. IT SAYS THAT MY CASE STILL INITIAL REVIEW. I HAVE A QUESTION EVEN IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVE YET MY BIO LETTER APPT. CAN I SIGN UP THRU WEBSITE TO CHECK MY CASE STATUS? OR I HAVE TO WAIT FIRST MY BIOMETRIC LETTER APPT? THANKS.

I read somewhere that you have to wait till you get your bio letter and use the number in it to check online, i am not sure if that's true. Sign up and try the number you have now and see, you wont lose anything. Good luck

AOS

2008-3-03 : AOS sent

2008-3-12 : Check cashed

2008-3-14 : Received Receipt Notices of AOS ,EAD and AP

2008-3-17 : Biometrics Appointment notice date

2008-4-03 : Biometrics Appointment ,,,DONE,,,

2008-5-09 : EAD card ordered and AP approval notice

2008-5-13 : AP approval notice sent

2008-5-16 : AP received

2008-5-19 : EAD Approval notice sent

2008-5-21 : EAD received

2008-6-27 : interview appointment letter (for August)

2008-8---- : interview was fine, but was given a RFE, reason: chicken pox shot( although i got the shot when i was little)

2008-10-- : green card

ROC

2010-7-13 : I-751 sent

2010-7-16 : I-751 received

2010-7-20 : I-751 sent back to me. Cause: signatures and filing early.

2010-7-26 : I-751 re-sent

2010-8-09 : First NOA received ( dated 8/2 )

2010-8-12 : Biometrics appointment letter received ( dated 8/6 )

2010-8-19 : Early biometrics

2010-9-08 : Card production ordered

2010-9-15 : Green Card received, with incorrect first name (one letter missing)

I-90

2010-9-16 : Sent I-90 with Green Card

2010-9-17 : I-90 delivered

2010-9-24 : Receipt received. Notice date: 9-22

2011-2-08 : Card production ordered

2011-2-10 : Card received with NO errors.

N400 :

11-22-2011 :Sent

02-21-2012 :Interview ( a long delay afterwards)

Once a WAC number is issued, then you can expect the bio letter within 2 weeks....

N-400 Naturalization Timeline

06/28/11 .. Mailed N-400 package via Priority mail with delivery confirmation

06/30/11 .. Package Delivered to Dallas Lockbox

07/06/11 .. Received e-mail notification of application acceptance

07/06/11 .. Check cashed

07/08/11 .. Received NOA letter

07/29/11 .. Received text/e-mail for biometrics notice

08/03/11 .. Received Biometrics letter - scheduled for 8/24/11

08/04/11 .. Walk-in finger prints done.

08/08/11 .. Received text/e-mail: Placed in line for interview scheduling

09/12/11 .. Received Yellow letter dated 9/7/11

09/13/11 .. Received text/e-mail: Interview scheduled

09/16/11 .. Received interview letter

10/19/11 .. Interview - PASSED

Thanks v333k for the info... crossing my fingers though to get my bio letter very very soon. my husband called friday july 23 the lady she gave us a receipt number then i tried to check the online status it says invalid... then my husband called again this morning we're lucky coz the lady that i've talked too she gave me my new wac number. i will always follow-up my case til i get my bio letter.:) Can i sign up on the webiste the case update even if i have not gotten yet my bio letter appt.?

If this is for your NOA, then you cannot use it online, but if it is the biometrics receipt number, then you can use it online. If it says not valid, then you need to wait a little before trying again... their system updates slowly.

If this is for your NOA, then you cannot use it online, but if it is the biometrics receipt number, then you can use it online. If it says not valid, then you need to wait a little before trying again... their system updates slowly.

yea i got my NOA receipt already exactly 1 month my husband called the lady she gave us a another receipt number but when i tried to check my case online it says invalid and she told also that she will send a request to laguna niguel about my case and today i got my new wac number and i already check my case online but still says initial review.

That's your biometrics number.... so hopefully, you will get your letter and get done with the biometrics.

IT shouldn't be too long before you receive it since a number has been assigned to your case.

Yes - as long as the receipt number is recognized, then you should be able to add it to your portfolio and enable email/celphone-text updates...

The new WAC Number that hunnyko is tlaking about is the CR-I89 number I presume? Is this correct v333k?

yes my CR-I89 number the lady gave me this morning... i check my case online on the USCIS website it says initial review. what if i didn't get my bio letter appt. i should ask for a service request correct me if im wrong?

It would be a good idea to cerate a Service Request asking for the Bio appointment letter.

We created the Service Request but forgot to ask for the CRI89 number...

i will call again tomorrow to ask for Service Request... im worried coz the june 24,25,26,28,29 for CSC got Biometrics Appt. already but the june 22,23 still haven't receive the Bio Letter Appt.yet
