So I have a few questions. I sent in our I-864 with all the AOS, EAD and AP information and forms. We got an RFE because I forgot to put in my tax forms. So I sent back them for this past year. We have a co-sponsor (my dad) and I sent all 3 years of his tax info. He makes well over enough to cover about 8 visa applicants so I'm not worried about that. But will it be a problem because I didn't send the other 2 years of mine? I was a student and didn't make enough to even file. Also, I am between jobs right now so didn't send a letter from my employer (just working part time as a tutor). Should I just wait and get a letter from my new employer (which should be secured in a few weeks) and bring that to the interview? Thanks!

June - 10 yr card recieved

Feb. 19, 2010 - N-400 Application sent to Phoenix Lockbox

April 3, 2010 - Biometrics

May 17,2010 - Citizenship Test - Minneapolis, MN

July 16, 2010- Retest (writing portion)

October 13, 2010 - Oath Ceremony
