Hola Chicos soy nueva en este foro pero los he venido leyendo desde hace 3 dias.Mi novio vive en Cali y vivo en New York.

Mi experiencia con la visa K1 ha sido la siguiente:

I-129F Sent : 2010-06-28

I-129F NOA1 : 2010-07-02

I-129F NOA2 : 2010-07-22 (via email)

NVC Received :

NVC Left :

Consulate Received :

Interview Date :

Visa Received :

Como ven GRACIAS A DIOS mi caso va bastante rapido. Estoy esperando hasta manana para empezar a llamar al NVC como he leido que ustedes lo aconsejan.

Mi pregunta es la siguiente si me puede ayudar: Mi novio no es de religion catolica y el nunca se ha bautizado por lo tanto no tiene un registro de Bautismo alguno de ustedes sabe que se hace en estos casos :wacko: :wacko:.

De antemano les agradezco la ayuda que me puedan brindar ya que toda la informacion que se encuentra aca es muy valiosa.

FELICITACIONES A TODOS LOS QUE LES APROBARON LA VISA.

El hecho de que el no se haya bautizado en la iglesia catolica.. o no sea catolico no deberia de implicar nada.. ya que eso no es un documento legal que sea requerido....

"CERTIFICADO DE BAUTISMO: (Si se encuentra disponible) certificado de bautismo expedido recientemente con notas marginales."

El certificado de Bautismo no es obligatorio si no está disponible. Esta es la información que se encuentra en la página de la embajada en Colombia:

CERTIFICADO DE BAUTISMO: (Si se encuentra disponible) certificado de bautismo expedido recientemente con notas marginales.
