So far, we have no problems... we are just waiting for his fingerprints to clear and they say they'll issue. But I'm still not banking on it. Time will tell. We addressed every issue they had openly and honestly and provided more then enough proof to back it up.

Thanks so much. It's really nice to hear about people who have done well with this. Jean, you and so many others here certainly give us a lot of hope for our case.

You can tell me that again AFTER he has it in hand (enshaa Allah). :lol:

Believe me I know what you're feeling right now. Like you are blindfolded and know you could be walking towards of the edge of a very steep cliff... feeling your way with your toe but your heart is pounding like crazy and you're praying there is no cliff.

Don't worry. Just make that case strong and clear and you shouldn't have any problems. And if you do, as many here have shown, those can be conquered too.
