It's raining today, and I did not want to go out to pick up the mail! BUT, I AM SO GLAD THAT I DID!!!! :dance::dance::dance:

To my surprise, I received the K-3 Approval in the mail today. :dancing::dancing::dancing: I had checked the USCIS website on last night, but it had not been updated since 8/4/06. However, on that same day, I had received three emails from them of receipt of my IMBRA RFE response, but no mention of an approval. I checked the I-797 approval date, and it is was approved on 8/4/06. Don't understand their procedures!! :unsure: What the heck! I'm glad I received the approval!! :dancing::dancing::dancing::thumbs:

I pray that everyone else will receive a speedy approval as I did!!! :thumbs:

02/15/06 Case complete (thank you James Shortcuts- only 6 weeks!)

04/19/06 tired of waiting, filed k-3 #2 ( petition is still lost in oblivion)

We got our NOA2 on saturday. :))) I wish all people good luck and hopefully everyone get their NOA2 soon.

I checked our case status online but it doesnt show our case approved. Page isnt updated yet. I think its normal..

OHHHHHHHH that gives me some hope. You and I have approx. the same timeline. I too got three emails in one day in regards to the returned RFE's in one day. So hopefully, we will be hearing back from back home saying that they recieved our NOA2 in the mail...Here's to keeping the faith!!! Goodluck and CONGRATS!!!!!
