LOST VISA PACKET

I am not sure what is going on with my file, I POE via Miami on April 7th and still have not received my ss, welcome letter or green card. I have done just about everything and still no hope. I made a info pass last month and even went to the CBP at the airport and still nothing. I spoke to the manager at the USCIS office in Atlanta and she could see my info but notice the green card have not been generated. I called USCIS and did an inquiry on July 13 and I just got a letter back from them saying they are unable to locate a record for me in their electronic system. I am missing something? Is anyone else going throught the same thing? Whenever I go to SS office they tell me they are waiting on DHS to verify my file.

Any information you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Contact Johnny Isakson's office - http://isakson.senate.gov/services.html - he is one of the Senators for Georgia and he has an immigration staff who are quite effective at dealing with problems. I've used his office for a problem with ROC and another VJer in the area has used his office with AOS with good results. Here is a link to his request sheet that needs to be submitted to give him permission to investigate on your behalf:

You can fax it back and then call and confirm that they did get the sheet.

Good luck - you should definitely have had better results from USCIS by now.
