My husband and I got married in january 2007. He came here on a k-3 in DEC 2007 and received his Greencard aug 2008.

We are currently in the process of removing conditions.

My question is when will he be eligible to apply for citizenship???? i have heard that it is 3 years...is it from our marriage date or the day he received his Greencard or when he got his visa.

thanks for your help.
