Don't let the interviewer upset you. That is when the interview falls apart. Our second interview they tried to ask Joseph about my work a second time, and he told them that I was outside with a bunch of security forms that they needed to fill out if they wanted to question me about my work, that he is not allowed to know about it. They dropped the subject. ( and I did have the forms )

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Sorry to hear but this was at least something about YOU, when I had my interview, I answered many questions, but at the end of this there was right that point, CO started to ask me about my two kids(had one and only one), than he said about a daughter(I have the son), about my visits to Chicago and Virginia(where I've never been), there was really no point to prove for something, just possible someone's other's case open in computer, you think there was possibility to hear "sorry, wrong page"? No, all quickly turned like I was a bad person, now under AP. If to think they compare just answers to anything written in forms, I don't think so, not sure they record the interview itself as a fact, only two ideas, or real document or no need of any documents to deny, only something "I have bad mood today or this person is not that type I like".

These people do a lot to try to rattle you. Joseph was asked if his father had died because he was marrying a white woman ( this from Lago's notorious Asian lady) He told them he died because they kept us apart. They then pushed to know what my parents did for work. My father died when I was a 6 year old. My mother died before I met Joseph. They said he must know what they did , he asked if dead people were going to return and do their earthly job again and that he had no idea of their tasks in heaven, they dropped that line also. They are trying to push you into a mental state where you make a mistake and then they hit you with the denial whammy hammer. You should of looked at the CO and told them they either had the wrong file open or some very bad data.

Really, seems in your Joseph's case they wanted him to act like racist if he said any word about white and black woman for his father and this would be the point to show he was ineligible for visa. I really said that Co's questions were not about me and I guess this caused what is called Administrative Processing, he had no facts or papers on petition to "kill" it but it was okay to try to "fish" or may be just to give a delay to show how miserable he can make our lives...I hope Joseph has everything bad only in memories now.

We talk a lot about how badly the embassy treats Nigerians. There are all sorts of stories about couples being treated with no respect there. What I find interesting is the Nigerian couple that rank at the top of the top posters are mostly apart now. I guess I should stop posting before I make the top half of that group. There are some very evil people in Nigeria and I can understand why the US wants to keep those people from coming to the US but why are we using interrogation techniques from 100 years ago to find out who to allow in. The are much more accurate ways to determine is someone is telling the truth, I don't understand why DHS is too lazy to deploy them.
