Problem with middle names

I took this weekend to do all the filing and saw something that maybe will cause problems.

In some form her name is written as: Edna Rose Roman no nick make and in another form Edna Rose G. Roman. In another form: Edna Rose Garcia Roman . So the forms are not consistent with her nickname. Will that cause any issue? thanks. I am am planning to print everything today.

The letter of intent has: Edna Rose Roman. All other form either has the first letter of her nickname or her nickname spelled out. I am planning to use Edna Rose G. Roman on the F129-i. What do you guys think?

  • 03.02.2011 - packet 3 & 4 received by email
  • 03.02.2011 - Confirmation of Interview on 04.14.2011 -
  • 03.07.2011 - Fiancee passed medical exam.
  • 04.14.2011 - K1-Visa Approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • 04.21.2011 - Picked up Visa !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When you say nickname do you mean Maiden name? This wouldn't be a nick name, a nick name is something made up that isn't her real name. If this is her maiden name, you need to type it out as Edna Rose Roman, and only list Garcia in the Maiden name or Other Names Used section.

The forms need to be consistent. If they're not, you're looking at a possible RFE.
