STILL NO BIOMETRICS LETTER APPT.

EXACTLY 1 MONTH TODAY STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVE MY BIOMETRICS LETTER APPT., SINCE I RECEIVED MY NOA 1 YEAR EXTENSION. MOST OF THE JUNE FILERS HAD THEIR BIOMETRICS DONE.DOES ANYONE WHO SENT JUNE 22, 2010 I-751 TO CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER LAGUNA NIGUEL RECEIVE THEIR BIO APPT. LETTER? MY HUSBAND CALLED YESTERDAY THE LADY JUST GAVE US THE RECEIPT NUMBER AND SHE TOLD MY HUSBAND THAT SHE WILL SEND A REQUEST LETTER TO LAGUNA NIGUEL TO FOLLOW UP MY CASE SINCE 1 MONTH ALREADY. I AM HOPING TO GET MY BIO LETTER SOMETIME NEXT WEEK.

Looking at the June Filers, everyone who sent their application from June 18 to the end of the month are still waiting for their biometrics appointment.

We sent it in on June 22 with an NOA dated June 24 and we are also hoping for the appointment soon. It sounds like there is some backlog from May and earlier months with bio appt problems.

Thanks Foulte for your quick response,i am so relieved b/c i know now that i am not alone of this situation about the waiting of bio letter appt. i just hope we get it very very soon.

I filed June 1 and NOA is dated June 3rd and I still have not gotten BIO app...I called as well and they told me if nothing by labor day then to call back. But they are guessing I should get it in 2 to 4 weeks. California service center for me as well.

YOURS IS MORE THAN 2 MONTHS NOW AND UR STILL WAITING FOR BIO LETTER.... I DON'T KNOW WHY SO SLOW NOW.... SHE-HIM GOT HER BIO LETTER APPT. ALREADY WOW WHAT A LUCKY GIRL.... SHE SENT HER I-751 LAST JUNE 25,2010. I SENT MINE LAST JUNE 22,2010 AND TIL NOW NO BIO LETTER APPT HOPING TO GET IT NEXT WEEK. I WILL CALL MONDAY TO FOLLOW-UP AGAIN MY CASE.

USCIS skipped May filers and now they are rectifying their mistake... so it looks like June filers will have to wait a little longer so they can squeeze in May filers first...
