At least you know now that someone will submit a case status request. In general, infopass has more info on your case than the toll free number, you must have gotten a dumb officer at infopass that dont know anything but to pass out background check memos. Get your congressman or US senator involved, I am sure they will get more info through the liaison.

I contacted my congressman on Wed, and his aid contacted my USCIS office through their liason on Thursday. The liason got back to them Friday with the following:

"I was able to review the above individuals application. It is currently pending and under review. It has not been examined by the supervisor"

There is more generic information, but the email said, in other words, that it's still sitting, and has not made its way to the top of the list with the supervisor. I asked if there is anything I can do to expedite it. The aid said once their office inquires, the case should recieve attention, but if i still do not hear back before the 120 day period to call them again. It looks like the 800 number IO was wrong about the notice. FML.

JAX1, what was the reason for decision can not yet be made after the interview? Did IO who interviewed you mention anything? Was it a problem with you file, background check...?

Before the interview, I was cleaning up some paperwork and found an old arrest warrant that was recalled (2002). I had honestly completely forgotten about this thus did not put it on my application. Two weeks after I submitted my N-400, and upon realizing this mistake, I contacted USCIS to try to ammed the N-400 to include this. I spoke with 2 reps and took down their agent ID's as verfication. Both told me to disclose this at the time of the interview, as they do not ammend applications. I went to the court and got stamped/certified paper work to show the warrant was recalled, and a certificate of disposition to show the charges where dismissed.

Interview time came around and we went through the N-400 application, and I voluntarly disclosed the infomation. I explained that to officer what happened and provided her certificate disposition from the court to show the arrest warrant was recalled and the charges dismissed, in addition to a written letter to show I tried to ammed my application. I did not want to lie on my application as it was not a sign of good moral character. Again, I volunteered all of this information. She made me give a recorded statement, and off I went with the decision cannot be made. Though she did say she was going to reccomend for approval, but would take at least 2 months for her supervisor to look at it.

Nothing came back from the FBI b/c I was never arrested, never finger printed, never read miranda rights. The most that happened that night was a few friends getting into an altercation with a security guard. I got pulled over soley b/c I was driving, officer took my licence, gave it back, and I received a warrant 2 years later.

Sorry for the long explanation.

It sounds that IO needed the supervisor to go over your file before you can be approved. You will probably hear from them soon, you are getting close to 120 days since your interview. Checking and getting the Congressman involved will probably get them to look at your application and make a decision. Good luck and keep us posted.

I have the same situation. I had interview on 15 aug. I had the Drivers License from Florida and I applied Citizenenship in MN. OFFICER said he would like ask his supervisor and he will sent me a letter requesting more evidence if needed by the end of week n you should get it  by next week. Its been more than 70 days now. I have not heard anything. i made info pass. They told me to wait 120 as they time till 120 days to take decison. However, they could ask for more time after 120 days. He suggested me to do service request after 120 days.

Does drivers license from another state where I been living since beginning 5 years and but worked in many states in US including MN currently has that big impact? Any suggestions?
