Timeline

Hello , I am preparing for all document needed after my i-129 for K-3 got approved. My question are: how long usually take all packet for reached in Jakarta Indonesia from NVC ? and how long they give you the date for interview? :help:

My hubby planning to accompany me for interview, in case he isnt get the flight, is it possible to re-arrange intvw date? what is bad or good thing with re-arrange interview date.

hi,u can call nvc, in a few days yr file will be transfered to jakarta.u can even track the date which nvc sends it via dhl.my file reached india within 10 days once nvc received..nvc usally sends it in 1 or 2 days..as far as yr husband being there with u for the interview,u should call the embassy and find out if yr husband can be with u at the interview.india consulate informed me that i will not be allowed with her at the interview..thats why i cancelled my trip..they will only interview the beneficary.but u can try.

07/24/2006DS 3032 and AOS Fee Bill Generated:

07/24/2006=emailed choice of agent :

07/25/2006=mailed aso fee

I-129F Timeline with NBC:

03/28/06 =I-129F Sent:

03/30/06 = I-129F NOA-1 (Notice Date):

04/04/2006 =I-129F NOA-1 Received by Mail:

07/02/2006= I-129 rfe received

07/05/2006I-129 rfe sent

07/10/2006=uscis emailed rfe received

07/11/2006=received 2rfe

07/12/2006=second rfe sent visa usps

07/18/2006=contacted atlanta senators office

07/25/2006=received email I129F K3 APPROVED..

07/31/2006=nvc received case and generated a case number

08/01/2006=case left nvc to india consulate via dhl

08/04/2006=case reached chennai embassy

08/07/2006=embassy mailed packet to my wife with interview date.

08/11/2006=packet received

08/28/2006=interview date

08/28/2006 =interview SUCCESSFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

9/06/2006 = SHE ARRIVES HERE.ATLANTA GEORGIA.
