For those of you who are living (or lived) in foreign speaking countries and your medicals...

Although I am English, I currently live in France and when the time comes would expect to have my K1 processed at the US embassy in Paris and also have the medical done in France.

When the medical is done, will it be written up in English, or the native language of that country?

You won't actually see the medical report as it will be in a sealed envelope... most likely it will be in English

Ok, thanks. So I don't have to worry about getting that translated then. Of course they specify where to get the medical done, so they would already have translations etc sorted.

Sorry about putting it in the wrong forum. My head is a mess at the mo, trying to figure everything out.

Correct, the clinic will prepare on the form (DS-2053, DS-3025) as prescribed by the consulate
