I am the moderator who responded. I saw no TOS violation in the actual quoted article but I will be the first to admit that my knowledge of US history in that area and time is marginal. If the information presented is inaccurate and did not happen, then please PM me the correct material because I would like to learn more. It isn't the first and probably won't be the last time I have made an error in judgment but would appreciate getting a fuller perspective so I may see a clearer view.

In the meantime, since this topic is exciting enough responses that indicate others are viewing it as baiting and trolling, I am closing the thread.
