What is happening to California Service Center?! there is a week left in july and they are still not done with March filers!some are accepted, and some are just skipped seemingly....when are they even gonna start with the April filers?! our timeline keeps going further and further away, what is up with that?seriously!...they used to be faster than Vermont Service Center with a whole lot,now it's far behind(accoring to the timelines on visa journey,Vermont is processing the April 5th filer, and Turtle speed California Center is still processing March 30th filers(which i doubt is exact)...What is wrong with them?are they ever gonna speed back up?Why have they gone and maintained being so slow?!!!.....

Thanks in advance for your answers/comments,and Goodluck with your journey!

I know it is crazy :( but i think that the vermont service center statistics are not that accurate cus if you look Igor's list there bare not enough people filing in vsc, so it doesnt make sense they say april 5 ??????

I hope csc starts moving cus marchers didnt have many aprovals today which is sad and stressing after yesterday and the whole bunch of aprovals from last week, and tomorrow is friday and most of fridays we dont see many aprovals, hope this one is different, and yes my timeline in vj gets farther when i started i was supposed to get it in august 10 and now i am in 26 to 6 septemper. It is outrageous that uscis is moving too slow, I think that a turtle is faster, actually.

yeahhhh!our timeline used to be 2nd to 7th of august, something like that, now it's 19th to 30th of august! :ranting: and well i don't know,if there aren't that much filers in Vermont center maybe that's why they are moving faster, you know? But still that doesn't make the system any smarter O_O cause if one is overloaded and one is underloaded then shouldn't they stop and think hmmm, something is idk, wrong with that?(especially that alot should've gone to the Vermont center according to their location)..but i could be wrong(assuming they would think O_O)...and i do hope this Friday is better, and has alot of approvals, cause this is just awful!and i agree that a turtle would probably be faster(unless it's a dead turtle which could be their case)!we all just wanna be united with our loved ones,i am so mad at them like alot of others i bet, first they have a stupid process and system, then they get even slower,as if 5 months process isn't stupid and slow enough! :protest:

I and my attorney both called CSC after they went past the 60 days they posted they would give us an update/decision after they recieved the RFE I sent to them. And it took 3 weeks to see a change in the date in 'CASE UPDATED', even though the status message remained as it was. Then yesterday they updated the date again. So yes they are slow right now. We filed in Sept. 09 and still waiting.

2 and half years here

2 and a half years?!...yikes!this just proves how stupid this is,if you applied and have been for that long, and still are together,i would just assume they should logically accept you right away, since obviously it's not fraud(not saying people that are less than that time are frauds, but i mean it's just more proof you are together for love not anything else!)...couldn't they just save us the trouble and accept all,and like have visits to them within 5 years or something to see how genuine they are?until proven if they are or not, like within those 5 years?instead of separating all of us,and keeping us on hold!i am so sorry you had to wait that long!have patience though, and hope, and who knows?maybe your approval is on it's way to you :) Goodluck with your journey :)

 Thanks for the well wishes and concern

You're welcome :)
