I am the benerficary and my husband is the petitioner, We know how I-130 case has just been recieved at the NVC and want to do as much as possible to speed things up.

I am reading the James Shortcuts and Im confused. Im at the part where it suggests your spouse downloading the DS-3032 form, signing it and sending it. Now is that me that is meant to download it and send it to my husband in the US or vice versa?

Am i also right in thinking that it is best to appoint my husband as choice of agent?

Please can someone help me understand this craziness!!!!!

You as the beneficiary need to download the form fill it out with your husband as the choice of agent, unless you are using an attorney, then post it to your husband regular mail. My husband did this but did not date it, I dated it when I posted it back to NVC.

As others have suggested, you can email the choice of agent. Many have done this now and been successful. You will find an example of the email in the first post in the timesavers thread. The email address for NVC is in the second post.
