F3 PRIORITY DATE IS NOW CURRENT

Hi All,

This case is not for me, it is my Aunt's family. My Uncle was petitioned and had a priority date of March93 as an F1, they changed their status and changed to F3, that was in 2008. Now their priority date is current. What else do they need to do? No letters yet from NVC at the same, are they retaining the same case number that they had in 2008?

what country is he from? same case, are you sure his priority date is current? if so, then the NVC should be contacting the petitioner.

his family would be coming from the Philippines.. I have check the website for the priority dates that are being processed.. nvc then visa bulletin it shows in there which catergory and what priority dates are being processed..
