I will be filling ROC soon and just like to know regarding submitting the copy of tax returns for the year 08 and 09. Do i need to submitt all the pages of tax return or just the 1st page is more then enough which shows both of our names. If i have to submitt all the pages of tax return then its around 30 pages..

The best thing to do is order transcripts by phone from the IRS for those two years. They come in the mail in a week or so, are only a couple pages long, are free and are preferred by USCIS. You don't even have to speak to anyone to get them, the whole process is automated and you just punch in your info.

I agree with this. I sent in the form and did the automated phone request and 2 sets of transcripts came in the mail 2 weeks later. They're really short and far less paperwork than actual returns!
