Good day, My husband received his passport/package yesterday, but they didn't give him back the originals as far as Birth Cert. and Marrige Cert. Will it be inside the package that says do not open or do we have to request it from NVC. Thank you in advance for your help....

from my understanding, if they didnt give them back at the interview, you wont get them back. Just get more "originals" before he comes to the US. We didnt get any originals back of submitted documents. the only thing that we got back were the photos I send in, photos Mhay gave at the interview, and the cards/coorespondence they took at the interview.

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.
