Hi everyone! I have recently been in the dilemma of how to do my report of marriage and renewal of passport. Here is my story: My husband and I were married in Guam where he was stationed (we have a guam marriage certificate)...4 months later we left and relocated to Reno, Nevada. My question is...where do I report my marriage? Is it to Guam Consulate or the San Francisco consulate( which is the one closest to us now). Also, where do I renew my passport? I hope someone can help me please I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance! =)

I believe you always go to the closest consulate...

Your Passport is renewed at the consulate as well.

Check the, I assume, Philippine consulate web pages for exact details.

Please provide some details about where you are from in your profile for people to correctly answer your questions.
