Yes, we got AP and EAD from last week (See our timeline)

I guess USCIS is still moving but it is really slow.

Good luck to those who are waiting for AP and EAD!

as anyone from California got his/her EAD, AP recently?

Well, since these are processed by the NBC, I guess it doesn't matter where you're from..

Anyway, uscis' timeline is still not moving, and my VJ timeline keeps being adjusted to later dates...

Going crazy here....

04/03/06- arrived at NVC

04/04/06- left NVC

04/08/06- received packet 3

04/11/06- sent packet 3 to Frankfurt

05/23/06- INTERVIEW at 9:30amAPPROVED!!!!

06/01/06- visa in hand!!!

07/03/06- NOA1 received in the mail

08/30/06- case received at CSC

08/31/06- received a new NOA1 email

09/01/06- touched AOS

09/15/06- AOS APPROVED!! got email saying welcome letter was sent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

09/20/06- welcome letter received!!! and approval email sent

09/21/06- touched and GREENCARD RECEIVED!!!!!

06/08/07- one year anniversary

06/08/08- two year anniversary

06/08/09- three year anniversary

Removal of Conditions

06/17/08- package sent to California

06/19/08- California receives package

06/19/08-NOA1

06/28/08-Biometrics appointment

07/28/08-touched

09/01/08-received non conditional green card

Goodness! It appears that at every stage of this awful game USCIS is napping on the job. The sad part is that no one hears our cry for help. I would write that we get what we pay for, but that is no where close to the truth. I wish you all speedy resolutions...

Geeezzz! Still nothing! I see everyone getting their EAD, AP, but me, nada! According to VJ's timeline, I could have expected them last week...

I'm going nuts here.... :angry:

Could it be it's because of my upcoming interview on Sept. 6th? Maybe they go, like, "oh, he's got an interview soon, no need to do his AP/EAD. I'll just take a nap, resting my head on this pile of applications waiting to be processed!" :devil:

Yeah, nothing here either. I am still waiting since the first and only touch after the biometrics back in June. I have not even heard anything about the AOS case. :(

Dec 22'08 - NOA date

Dec 24'08 - Check cashed

Jan 07'09 - NOA in mail

Jun '09 - Biometrics/10 year Greencard issued and sent in mail

AOS Process

May 30'06 - AOS package sent including EAD

June 7'06 - NOA1 Date for EAD and AOS

June 8'06 - both checks were cashed

June 9'06 - NOA1 in mail

June 22'06 - Biometrics for AOS and EAD in Cleveland

June 24'06 - both cases touched

Sept 12'06 - INFOPASS - interim EADs no longer issued in district offices :-(

Sept 21'06 - EAD finally approved according to Email by USCIS after 114 days

Sept 28'06 - EAD arrived in Mail

Oct 03'06 - Applied for SSN

Oct 10'06 - Received SSN card in mail

Nov 6'06 - Received Interview Letter

Jan 5'07 - Interview Date - approved

Jan 5'07 - CRIS email: welcome notice mailed
