I'm newly naturalized U.S. citizen and I'm petitioning my parents. I have two questions on the form I-130. How did you answer questions 14b and 17? Should I leave question 14b unanswered and do I include my name on question 17?

I sent mine two months ago i just leave it blank in the question# 14b then at question#17 when you petition your dad out your mom's name then your siblings name, then when yo petition yor mom put your dad's name then your siblings.

I understand, but should I include my name (or myself) in question 17?
