I was just reading the Montreal page here, and it said Montreal requests a printout of the DS-160 electronic form, but the confirmation page explicitly says do not send the entire form.

The actual package 3 letter is very vague about this. I followed the directions on the confirmation page and did not send the printout. Have I done something seriously wrong here?

I know the package was delivered to the consulate yesterday. Is there something I should or can do?

2010-06-01 : Packet 3 Received

2010-07-16 : Packet 3 Sent (6 weeks later, so it skews the time line a bit)

2010-07-22 : Packet 3 Logged

2010-09-07 : Packet 4 Sent

2010-09-14 : Packet 4 Received

2010-10-26 : Interview Date (Approved!!!)

2010-??-?? : POE

I sent both the confirmation page and the entire form, my Packet 3 was logged successfully and i am now

eligible for an interview. ( i made copies as well )

When did you send back your Packet 3, they logged mine 1 day after receiving it, call DOS and see if it was

logged, if it has you should be fine.
