Hi everyone. I am from Ireland, I was in the US on a student visa followed by my one year OPT extension. I returned back to Ireland with my partner of 5 years (US citizen), we got engaged. She returned home to persue her MBA. She then realised she was pregnant. We would love to be together now and are looking to speed up the process, as originally I was going to just work here while she went to do her MBA, and then we would work from there. But as you can see we have ran a different road and are seeking visa advice?? advice from people in similar situations?? and any general advice on the situation?? Thank you guys very much and I look forward to hearing from you!

Follow the guides here to help you with the process. I'm sorry but a new baby doesn't speed up any processes here. If that were the case, there would be no need for normal processing since everyone's case would 'speed up'. The quickest way through this process is to file today!

April 15, 2014 APPROVED. Wait for oath ceremony

October 16, 2015 - US Citizen
