Lost or forgotten????

Hi everyone. I am so worried with this whole K3 thing. My husband and I, have file the I-129F on the 13th of March. We received and email on the 3rd of July about the RFE, we mailed our RFE on the 18th of July and MSC received it on the 19th. Since the 3rd of July, no updated, no email, NOTHING, not even to say they received our RFE. I am so worried, this thing is driving us both crazy, and the worse is that you can't talk to anybody at the USCIS about it, they will just tell you to wait. Please give us some advice on what we should. Thanks a lot.

I know the waiting is hard and frustrating but give it some more time. Keep in mind too that they dont always update online or send out emails. I hope you hear something soon

It is normal to feel the way that you do right now, all of us have the same thoughts when we dont get a touch or any updates for awhile. Remember that most of the time your petition is just sitting waiting for its turn to be processed. There is nothihing personal in the processing, the people doing the paperwork see thousands of peritions. They will get to yours as soon as they finsih others, so do give up yet!!!

Soon you will be approved and you will forget how diffiuclt all the waiting was

I understand the frustration!!! I got tired waiting; therefore, I sent them an inquiry with copies of the two RFEs, and copies of the USPS tracking information. When I received the I-797 in the mail today, I noticed that it was approved on the same day that they received my inquiry. I don't know if this had helped my situation, but like I said, I got tired waiting.
