Ok so now i'm confused!

We've prepared the I-864 but now I have read about the I-864EZ - which one do I send/need???

Also Roshon has never done a tax return as he has never had a job - just on a scholarship from college. I have enclosed a note about this and included his scholarship info will this be enough? We need a joint sponsor anyway (which we have) as he doesn't meet the requirements.

Also, if we get a RFE for our AOS, does this effect the EAD which we are sending with the AOS package or are they both dealt with totally seperately?

I was wondering the same thing, I had heard about a new affidavit of support but I am also wondering where/when it is used. We are still awaiting interview, so I was also wondering can I use the new EZ form for the interview so we don't have to bring so much stuff or what...I never got an answer to my question either.

I-864EZ is ONLY used if the sponsor meets the poverty guidelines solely through their own employment and is using no other assets to qualify and not using a co-sponsor.
