Oh well! you need to study NVC guide here on VJ. Basically now you will have to call NVC to get Your NVC case no. and also cheak whether they have received your case from USCIS or not. Once they have the case and they have assigned the case no. you can register beneficiary's and petitioner's email address to get DS-3032 choice of agent via email, and have your spouse (beneficiary) to sign and choose the agent.

06-06-2021 - Recevied NVC case no. - case entered into nvc's system

06-08-2021 - AOS fee
06-08-2021 - IV fee
07-05-2021 - IV & AOS documents submitted online

07-19-2021 - received message from NVC about case can not be processed unless all civil documents are submitted (was missing police clearance)

08-12-2021 - submitted police clearance certificate - which was last document submitted to NVC

11-05-2021 - Case completed at NVC - DQ

03-31-2022 - Interview letter received

04-28-2022 - Interview date at mumbai embassy

MY QUESTION IS WHT IS THE NEXT STEP FOR ME TO DO NOW FOR NVC AND HAVE SOME LIST TO DO PLS GIVE ME A LINK

Congratulations. Just a bit of clarification. I thought you were using a lawyer? If that is the case, I would have the following ready:

a. Police Clearance Certificate

b. Original marriage certificate/photocopy

c. I-864 or 864EZ if filing for only one person

d. Tax returns with W2s and current pay stubs for the past six months or

e. Tax transcripts (Call the IRS and request transcripts for 2009-2007)

f. DS230 Part one signed and dated. Part two will be done during the interview

g. 2 passport size pictures

i. Original birth certificate/photocopy of the beneficiary

h. any other official documents that may be required. Check www.state.gov for the particular documents relevant to your country.

The guide is in my signature for you (Fee is different now, it was my original post in 2008). Congrats for the approval!

Follow it and get out of NVC in less than a month time :-)
