What does my Fiance need to marry me in the USA? Only her Passport? Or something else????

October 5, 2009-Overnight by FEDEX K-1 Package

October 7, 2009-Overnight by FEDEX Delivered 11:00 AM

October 7, 2009-NOA1 mailed by USCIS

October 10, 2009-NOA1 received.

December 2, 2009-NOA 2 approved.

March 15, 2010 Interview Passed

March 20, Visa Delivered.

What does my Fiance need to marry me in the USA? Only her Passport? Or something else????

Marriage requirements fall under the state's jurisdiction. You will need to look up the requirements to obtain the marriage license at the county or state where the marriage will take place.

If she has been married before then she will need the divorce decree or anullment papers.

Again, you need to look up the requirements for your state or county.

Google the marriage requirements for your state because it varies from state to state and county to county.

AOS Process

2010-12-30------------Sent I-485, I-765, & I-131

2011-01-10------------Received NOA1 for AOS, EAD, & AP

2011-01-18------------Biometrics letter received

2011-02-07------------Case transferred to CSC

2011-02-10------------Biometrics in Detroit

2011-02-28------------Permanent Resident Card Production Ordered

2011-03-07------------Green Card and Welcome Letter received
