DS-3032 (Vietnamese?)

Hey guys,

Will the NVC send my wife all her forms such as DS-3032 in Vietnamese? Should I be her agent or she should be her own agent? I also heard that DS-3032 can be sent by e-mail. Should I use the fillable PDF file from NVC (DS-3032 PDF or use a template from our site? Is the e-mail "NVCINQUIRY@state.gov" to send DS-3032 to. Also, should I wait to receipt NOA2 notice or go ahead and send this?

It seems like I like to reply to myself but I answered two of my own questions: first, I should use the template to send an e-mail to NVCINQUIRY@state.gov and second, I should wait for my NOA2 approval.

Wait until you get your NOA2 and your case in entered into the NVC system. You can call the NVC to find out if it was entered.

The NVC will generate a case number and send out the infomation. You can cut down on some of time by using James's Shortcut and reading the guides so you understand the whole process. I didn't generate the barcodes, but use the other "tricks" to speed up the paperwork processing at the NVC.

Once your case is in the NVC system have her email the NVC listing you as the agent. It will cut down on the time snail mailing the DS-3032 and other paperwork to and from VN.

I don't know if I should list me as her agent because I am going to be with her in Vietnam in September. I am probably finishing filling out all the require documents and have my parent send them in for me if I in Vietnam by then.

Here's an option

List one of your parents as an agent. Have all the documentation filled out and leave them with your Mom and Dad. When the NVC sends out the packets, they can send them in for you. It will save on time and cost mailing.

Your going to need forms filled out, copies of passports, income papers, ect. ready before you leave. Don't forget to leave money for the fees too.

That's is great. I did not think of that. So, I should list my father as the agent for both my wife and I, right?
