need Help I-765, to some question fill up

hello,

Im k1 visa and i will include to file the EAD for my AOS . I fill up I-765,Application for Employment Authorizati..I have few question to ask...what should i put,,,WHich USCIS office? date(s).......Results(Granted or denied- attach all documentation..........what should i write this....

for the question Number 16....Eligibility under 8 CFR 274a.12 (C ) (9 ) ( ) and in question number 17,,what should i put also?

please help me,,,thank u so much

If you had an EAD card issued before then you need to fill out the USCIS location that issued the EAD card and attached the copy of it. If ever had one, then you dont need to answer this. 'Not Applicable' should be sufficient.

As for eligibility I think you already have it right. C-9. And for 17, if you dont have the eligibility category (listed in 16) they ask in this question then you dont need to answer this one.

...i think. Read the instructions and sample forms on VJ website for more guidance.

If you concurrently filing your EAD with your AOS.. just send it together with your I-485 at Chicago office. Eligibility is ©(9) if you gonna file together with your I-485.

May 11, 2010 - NOA for I-485,I-765,I-131 May 17, 2010 - Biometrics appointment received in the mail

May 24, 2010 - Walk-in Biometrics successful (ASC Michigan City, IN)

June 1, 2010 - Case transferred to CSC

July 14, 2010 - EAD approved, for card production

July 19, 2010 - Received AP in the mail

July 21, 2010 - I-485 GC approved, for card production

July 26, 2010 - Welcome letter received

July 28, 2010 - EAD card received

July 31, 2010 - Greencard received

Removal of Conditions

May 7, 2012 - Date Filed I-751

May 9, 2012 - Date of NOA!

June 8, 2012 - Biometrics Schedule

If you concurrently filing your EAD with your AOS.. just send it together with your I-485 at Chicago office. Eligibility is ©(9) if you gonna file together with your I-485.

My EAD is based on F1-OPT visa, but I will renew my card based on ©(9) later in the future.

Which one should I put on, "Permission to accept employment" or "Renewal of my permission to accept employment" when I renew my card?

07/13/2007 - Met my lover

12/24/2009 - Engaged

04/27/2010 - Applied for OPT, Form I-765 sent

04/29/2010 - Form I-765 received by NSC

05/14/2010 - Wedding.

05/15/2010 - NOA received

05/29/2010 - Name correction notice (wrong name on NOA)

06/01/2010 - Name correction confirmation received

06/03/2010 - Requested NSC expedite my case, rejected on 6/12

06/15/2010 - Called USCIS CS and asked for expedite. Faxed a expedite as well (again.)

06/16/2010 - Received an e-mail for more doc based on the call I made on Jun 15.

06/24/2010 - Rejected 2nd expedite request

06/28/2010 - Received RFE on photos & signature

06/29/2010 - Replied RFE

07/01/2010 - NSC received my RFE respond

07/09/2010 - EAD card in production

07/19/2010 - Approval notice sent

07/21/2010 - Received EAD card

*(About 8-10 soft update during the I-765 process)

07/30/2010 - Applied first SSN & changed last name

08/03/2010 - SSN available in SSA system, name changed on Driver License & auto insurance

09/14/2010 - AOS package sent via priority mail(w/o I-765)

09/16/2010 - AOS package was delivered at Chicago Lock Box

09/22/2010 - Check cashed, received receipt # via txt & e-mail.

09/25/2010 - Received NOA receipt notice for I-130 & I-485 in mail

09/30/2010 - Received Biometric Letter

10/13/2010 - Biometric appointment (Done as appointment time)
