Yes, I am sure that this is somewhere on here but don't have the time to look around hoping someone might have some info in regards to traveling either to Hawaii or just flying to another state that is will there be a problem after I-94 has expired even though my fiance and I were married about a month after she arrived here well within the 90 day time limit. We have applied for change of status I-485 and SS number but flying anywhere she will have to show passport and therefore the I-94 will be expired at the time we plan on going someplace. Will showing her passport and the marriage license be good enough or is there some other form that one needs we won't be leaving the country unless going to Hawaii is considered leaving the country.

Thanks...

no. if u're traveling domestically they dont check for your i-94.

they just check if your photo id (your passport) matches the person and the name on the boarding pass matches.

dont worry bout a thing :)
