I dont even think the age thing is the main point here. The daughter was sleeping with her moms boyfriend??? Now I might be making assumptions, but based on this guys actions Im picturing him as a very ugly character, both in body and soul. I very much doubt the daughter would have been to chuffed with this situation.

The mother is a joke- I agree with one of the other posters- some people should just be sterilized.

The boyfriend is a sick a$$ pervert.

The daughter is a victim, who, based on this evidence, has suffered from a very poor upbringing.

If the area she was in deemed prostitution as illegal then sure she probably would have been arrested. Would she have been charged the same way an 'adult' would- no.

What I am asking is why she is not also being charged with something? According to the report she signed the agreement to sell herself to her stepdad for body peircings and other goodies right? Is it only because of her age? If so, at what age do people have to start taking responsibility for their actions? If not her age then is it because it was her mom's idea or was she forced?
