Hi everyone, I'm new here and I hope someone can help me. I am the beneficiary of the K-1 visa application which is about ready to be sent, there is only one question I am not sure about. I am currently in the US with my fiancé on the Visa Waiver Program, so the 12th question on part B of the I-129F form applies to me. I entered the country on May 5, got my I-94. We went to Canada for a day trip and the Canadian border officer retrieved my I-94, so when I came back, I filled in a new form and I was readmitted, got a new stamp which says I can stay til September 10 (90 days). I know it's wrong, as the 90 days counts from my first entry. Anyway, the form asks for my I-94 number, date of entry and the expiration date shown on I-94. Now I only have this second I-94 with the date June 12. If I understand it correctly, I have to use this number with the dates shown on it. But it's not my actual date of arrival. Can it cause some kind of problem? We called the National Costumer Service Center but they had no clue...

Any thought will be appreciated and thanks in advance.
