I am so tired today. We didn't do much this weekend. I cleaned the bathroom, cleaned out the fridge, taught dh how to use the dishwasher, and set the trash out for trash pick up.

Hubby for some reason is happiest when I'm being domestic. He starts singing and humming around the house like a song bird as if everything is well in his world.

We tried to go see a 3D movie and even though it showed it was playing on their website and on their sign out front when we went in to buy or tickets they told us it wasn't playing anymore.

So we went to redbox and rented "The Fourth Kind" which is scary, and "Brooklyn's Finest" which was kind of low feeling.

On Sunday we did get out of the house and go shopping a little bit. We went to the mall, big lots, the dollar store, Ross, Target, Walmart. We got him a pair of sunglasses and I got a dollar store pair of sunglasses. I also picked up 3 new t-shirts because I've been wearing the same ones for the past three years and he was telling me I needed to get some new clothes.

I just wanted to add a thank you to everyone for the prayers going out for my SIL in Baltimore. rose.gif

Good afternoon MENA!

Last night John and I rewatched The Proposaland I just noticed how they mess people's minds with false information about the visa/immigration process. Sandra Bullock just goes to a local USCIS office to submit a fiance visa (K1 visa) while she is ALREADY in the US overstaying her work visa, and she still does not get deported!!! They give her a chance to stay and marry (I thought they were going to apply for a fiance visa!)... I don't know if they were mistaking the AOS process for the K1 process or not...but does being a Canadian citizen give anyone a privilge to to do a fiance visa inside the US... Plus could they just decide to marry within 3 days, and call it a fiance visa!!

I know the whole thing is just silly..The movie is good, but paying attention to the whole story line again...I feel like they are making fun of the whole process and what other REAL couples have been through just to be together.

If the movie made sense to anyone who's been through the visa/AOS process, please explain to me!

There wasn't anything about that movie that made sense concerning immigration...it was pure entertainment value. I wish we could just go into the USCIS office like they did.

I watched this movie with a friend. They wanted to know why my case didn't work like that. I told her that it was because "real life" is never like the movies.

Waiting.....Waiting....waiting....waiting....and more waiting..........

11And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

"satan is real and he's playing for keeps
God is realer and we are His sheep
which side are you on, CHOOSE, start moving your feet
