Mas eu acho que você pode aplicar para um AP (Advance Parole) mesmo assim. Não precisa ser um de emergência, mas o quanto antes você o pedir melhor. Assim quem sabe você ainda pode ir e dar uma força prá sua mãe? Tomara que os seus papéis saiam rapidinho!! Boa sorte!

Me desculpem por ter postado nos ultimos dias.... meu teclado estava desconfigurado e toda vez que ia escrever alguma coisa, tinha que copiar e colar cada letra... :lol:

Bom minha entrevista está marcada pro dia 2 de Janeiro!!!!!! :dance: É uma longa história.... eles iam me deixar fazer a entrevista dia 8 de Dezembro porque era o único dia de Dezembro sobrando, mas k1s só são terça-feira e dia 8 também está muito perto pra mim.... então ficou pro dia 2 mesmo. Estou muito feliz e já comecei minha contagem regressiva! :dance:

10/26/2006- Consulate receives case (seriously, one month to receive the case?? BS!), and packet 3 that I sent even before they had received the case.

01/02/2007- Interview!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got a 221(g)

01/23/2007- Second Interview. VISA granted!!!

01/29/2007- VISA arrived.... no envelope though. I'm gonna contact them and see what happened this time!

01/31/2007- I'll have to send them one last financial support evidence.

02/01/2007- Evidence sent

02/02/2007- Evidence received by Consulate

02/06/2007- Consulate sends envelope!

Mas eh que eu fico insegura, quando meus pais estavam com o processo pra residencia aqui, sempre falaram para eles nao sairem do pais ate o greencard esta em maos, por isso que minha mae nao quer que eu va agora a nao ser que seja 100% garantido a volta...sei la, for peace of mind i guess...

Meu padrasto continua na mesma....e nao ha nada que eu realmente possa fazer...so me doi ver minha mae so, minha unica tia que morava la acabou de falecer mes passado (cancer) e minha mae esta basicamente sem ninguem proximo da familia...so quero que esse ano acabe porque foi simplesmente o mais horrivel da minha vida (meu cunhado tb faleceu em setembro em um acidente de carro).... :(

Anyways, mudeu meu nome pq nao sou Julie (so registrei com ele pq o que eu sempre usava em outros forums nao estava available...)

Ah, e parabens Marcela pela entrevista tb, espero que de tudo certinho :)
