Every time I travelled with my husband to the US we went thru the resident's line. I was told that by an immigration officer the first time we travelled together. He was asking me all these questions and I told him I was travelling with my american husband and he advised me to go thru the residents line with him, even though I was on a tourist visa.

So I assume that once you have an immigrant visa (or even the K non-immigrant) you should go thru the residents line.

Qualquer dúvida, me dê um toque belê?

Baccio!
