E plano de saudes avulsos sao geralmente caros...

Eles tambem vao fazer de tudo para nao aprovar o seu pedido de seguro...

A ideia aqui eh ter plano de saude pela empresa que voce trabalha (o que eh o meu caso) ou pela faculdade que voce ta frequentando (que eh o caso da Alex).

E mesmo o plano pela faculdade pode ser caro, no nosso caso, a Alex pagou quase nada pelo plano de saude dela. mas se eu quisesse usar o plano dela eu teria que pagar 5k por ano

Oi pessoal,

Como podem ver meu timeline fui aprovada pelo I-130 e nada de K3...mas tudo bem ...entao estou meio enrolada ainda com tudo isso, eu estava me preparando pra o K3...

Tenho algumas perguntas se algume pode me ajudar?

1)alguem daqui jah usou o james shortcut??? e funciona mesmo sem problemas?

2)meu agente sera meu marido, entao todos docts seguirao pra ele nos US?

3) sobre Ds-230 ...eu devo fazer aqui e mandar pra ele assinada a part I e a part II sem assinar isso?

4)e qto aos docts tipo certidao de nascimento , certificado de casamento, certificado da policia federal etc.. ....tudo isso dever ser original ou copias certificadas e traduzidas certo...?

mas aqui ta bem confuso...por exemplo police reports...devo conseguir copia certificada direto da policia federal ou posso conseguir isso num cartorio ..seria valido ???

Bom gente por enquanto seria isso ..espero encontrar alguem que posso me ajudar nessas repsostas..

Sim... Tem que ser cidadao e ter renda baixa. muito baixa...

It would be hard to become part of a family that can afford to support an immigrant and then also need Medicaid. That's only for the poorest Americans. Not even lower-middle class.

Oi Fabi,

Eu passei pelo CR1 então se quiser algumas dicas pode me mandar um PM.

Mas já posso te dar umas respostas:

- Eu não usei o James' shortcuts então não sei se funcionam.

- Se o seu marido é o agent, ele vai receber todos os documentos nos EUA, menos o packet com a carta da entrevista.

- Vc manda o DS-230 part I preenchido. O parto II vc leva com vc na entrevista e só assina no consulado na frente do CO.

- O police certificate da Polícia Federal tem que ser tirado lá e o Estadual é normalmente tirado no Instituto Félix Pacheco. Cartórios não podem emitir esse tipo de documento. Vc vai ter que ir no cartório reconhecer firma do policial federal que assinou o teu certificate.

É isso!
