A Laura ta certa, sem o numero RDJ, o consulado nao vai aceitar o seu exame medico

Então, eu também acho isso. Eu até fui na consulta pois achei que depois que chegasse o case number, eu mandava pra ela e ela mandaria de volta...ela que está se precipitando...e disse que não faz mal...mas vou mandar um email para o consulado e assim que obter uma resposta eu encaminho para o email dela, então ela vai ter que esperar antes de mandar o envelope.

Quando ao "vaccination sheet" sim, ela vai me mandar fora do envelope selado...mas a minha questão é que eu queria que ela atualizasse a segunda dose que eu tomarei daqui a um mês... Será que não faz mal, será que só com a carteira de vacinação o médico americano atualiza para mim esta segunda dose, no 'vaccination sheet" que eu vou mostrar pra ele (com todas as vacinas e a primeira dose da hepatite B)??

Eu to surtando aqui com este atraso do USCIS para o NVC (4-5 semanas)...eu achei que ia ser mais rápido...para nós passou de 3 semanas que está parado em algum lugar por lá.

Quem sabe na próxima quarta-feira meu caso chega no NVC e então eu tenho esse RDJ. Eu to sonhando com isso, já que o exame de sangue fica pronto na terça-feira...antes disso ela não me envia o envelope. E também se ela decidir enviar, eu mando de volta pra ela quando tiver o RDJ, ela abre, atualiza e sela outra vez e me manda de novo....afinal...minha entrevista vai demorar um era ainda.

Mas como a minha mente não pára, fico na nóia de o consulado não aceitar meu exames terem sido feitos antes do NVC...porém eu li que o medical vale por 6 meses...então...

Que vocês acham?

Seu medical é válido por um ano, lembrando que se passar este tempo antes de você mandar o AOS eles vão pedir pra você fazer outro pro AOS, nos EUA.

Quando os processos ficam parados nessa fase USCIS e NVC tem que ter paciência, pois demora mesmo.

Duvido muito que a médica atualize seu vaccination sheet, porque seria como se ela tivesse fazendo o serviço "de graça", sabe como são essas coisas, especialmente médico exclusivo, tipo essa que é do consulado e você não tem muitas opções.

Qual é o email correto do consulado...eu já mandei 2 emails com dúvida e nunca me responderam, no entanto o jeff pediu informações sobre o meu suporte financeiro..e eles responderam...

Ninguém tá me levando a sério ultimamente.

Isso pq depois do 3o dia eu desisti de esperar e liguei pra eles e eles me falaram pelo telefone

Ela nao vai atualizar. Eu tive que tomar mais algumas vacinas 1 mes depois do medical e nao deu problema nenhum aqui. Eu trouxe tudo comigo, e claro. O que vc pode fazer que eu fiz e tirar uma daquelas carteiras internacionais de vacinacao e eles vao passar todas as tuas vacinas la. Faca isso depois que vc tomar a segunda vacina.

Sobre o medical valer por 1 ano e bullshit! O meu medical venceria em 15 de agosto senao me engano desse ano e a USCIS me mandou um RFE em julho pedindo pra eu fazer outro novamente. Mas, pode ser que eles me pegaram pra Cristo, afinal eu sou a unica das brasilieiras que ainda esta na espera de uma decisao, 10 meses depois de apply for AOS e nada. Faca tudo certinho e nao fique noiada com esse negocio ah se vale por 6 meses ou 1 ano, porque tudo depende de sorte. Eu vou ficar na torcida que o teu caso seja facil como o do resto do pessoal que eu conheci aqui no VJ do Brasil. :thumbs:

Sobre e-mail pro Consulado, eles podem te responder no dia seguinte ou 1 semana depois. Liga todo dia exatamente as 13:30 que e quando eles nao te poe na espera por hours. Pelo menos era assim na minha epoca. Se quiser tambem mande um e-mail, nao custa nada afinal.
