Oi gente....

Cara, aqui tá tão quente que nem dá vontade de ficar no computador....dá vontade é dormir o dia todo!!!!

Realmente não existe muito critério na hora de dar ou negar o visto. Acho que eles meio que olham pela cara da pessoa e do nível de desconfiança que eles tem. Eu felizmente nunca tive nenhum problema nas 4 vezes que peguei visto (turista, J1, turista e CR1), apesar de que na entrevista do CR1 o cara do consulado ficou um pouco desconfiado da gente por termos casado tão rápido.

Lu, quanto a falar com o consulado sem o RDJ, eu acho que vai ser complicado porque eles só tem como acessar o seu caso com esse número. Que eu saiba eles só recebem informações depois que o NVC aprova o processo. Acho que eles só teriam como fazer isso se você tivesse feito DCF. Ou seja, eu acho que eles nem sabem da sua existência. Quando o processo vai pro NVC e eles começam a processar o seu caso, eles te mandam o RDJ. Sei que é difícil, mas tenha paciência. O ideal é ligar pro NVC, não pro consulado.

O meu eu esperei as 2 semanas recomendadas pra ligar, e daí quando peguei o RDJ meu caso já estava no Rio há mais de uma semana, ou seja, passou voando pelo NVC.
