I am so fuckkking upset about this. Daniel has a good job, has a college degree, could immigrate to the US based on that if he wanted to, is engaged, has a car, etc. Why would they deny him? Maybe because he doesn't have his own place? Did Paula get denied?

The worst part is there's nothing we can do. The embassy knowing he has friends here is just another black mark. :diablo:

Sim... eu concordo, Rey.. tambem tenho trauma daquele consulado...

Nessa, Daniel e Paula sao amigos do Rey, provavelmente...

Alex, they have no idea, I guess... they just deny and that is it...I had very good and strong ties to Brazil when I applied for the tourist visa and of course, I was denied

Isn't it true that sometimes things go through NVC at a rate so fast that it never really makes it into the system at all? We were able to get the RDJ number from the NVC but I remember something weird about that... can't confirm though.

Also, I think if you call the consulate with just the name it should be ok, right?

Just the name? you think so?

I´m going to try (unfortunately only tomorrow, because they dont get calls after 15:30)

I heard something about that system thing... But I dont know... they MUST keep record of everything they do and send dont they?

Just dont know what to think of this anymore... this waiting is getting me really stressed out!
