Question: what phrases in Portuguese that are swearing at someone (for example, VSF or something) would you find it acceptable for your partner to use with you (and I mean at you)? Does it matter if they're angry/fighting or not? Just trying to get a better grasp of Portuguese. :)

perhaps an example of this would shed more light on the subject.

I think most of the gals here already gave pretty good examples and knew what I was talking about, but thanks!

I agree with all the girls...it's not ok to swear at each other. One time I was so pissed off during a fight, that when he turned around I said to myself "a**hole"...but he heard it and it was a huge deal for him. I felt really bad and mad at myself for doing it. But he wasn't supposed to hear it!!!!!!!

Anyways, that was the worse thing that I've ever said to him. And I promise to never do it again.

And when I am mad I usually swear in Portuguese....but not when we are fighting...just when it's about other things.
