Aonde você viu isso que está em vermelho? A gente mandou a letter of Intent com o i-129, não fizemos outra para a entrevista. Será que tem que fazer? Ou será que é somente no seu caso?

Nessa, eu já tinha visto de onde tinha saído isso:

Essa carta nova está nas instruções do DS-156K em inglês: http://foia.state.gov/FORMS/visa/ds0156k.p...h=%22DS-156K%22 - onde ele diz "evidence of engagement", as pessoas entendem nova carta de intent to marry.

O nosso, em português (que vem no packet 4), não tem, mas diz pra trazer evidência de relacionamento com o(a) noivo(a).

I hate when things change in this process!

Nessa, please provide us any news you get from them.

Did they tell why they changes dates? That would help us to figure out if it will happen with more people.

It's official, there will be no consul in Rio on oct 10, so our interview will be on oct2. Now to change my tickets, pay the ''multas'' and get everything done. :wacko:

October 9th and 12th (monday and thursday) are holidays in Rio.

Might that be the reason?

I thought that might be the reason, they must be taking the week off, not sure.

I'm not staying at home, think there could have been a problem with other interview dates as well? I mean, they wouldn't reach me by phone.

Me corrija se estou errada, mas com relação a levar 32 quilos na mala, eu lembro que uma funcionária da empresa American Airlines, que o Luke usou da última vez, me disse que cada pessoa pode levar 2 malas com até 32 quilos cada. Eu lembro bem disso pq até pensei em levar quatro malas já que minha filha está indo comigo.

Da última vez que ele veio ele levou uma mala grande com algumas coisas minhas e uma outra menor, sem problema.

It was like 12:05 when they called me, if there was nobody home I don't know what procedure they'd take, e-mail, snail mail...

And they said if I couldn't go on oct 2 the next date would be available only last week of november. The answer for why can't it be on oct 10 was because there would be no Consuls there.

I got the best deal possible on my tickets. Charles will pay US$ 150.00 on his to change the dates, I'll pay US$ 150.00 + R$ 41,00 for my ticket to Rio that wasn't included on the International trip. So US$ 300.00 I knew would be the minimun we would pay to change the tickets. Oh well... :bonk:
