Bum Dinha!!

lauritcha, eu acho que fiz escova no meu cabelo antes de algumas apresentacoes de danca, antes de uns 2 casamentos e antes do meu casamento :P

Eu nem preciso de escova, acho que e uma perda de tempo, meu cabelo e liso escorrido por natureza, eu so faco mesmo quando quero prender pra cima ou deixar ele meio cacheado.

Falando em cortar cabelo, vou ter que ir essa semana, pois já fez cinco meses e tá dando pra ver que tá sem corte. Depois eu digo se ficou bom ou se foi aquela beleza do ano passado, hehe.

My story:

09/23/2002 - Met Chris online, there was something very special about this guy =0)

07/16/2006 - We got married in Reno, Nevada.

USCIS:

08/13/2006 - Filed for AOS, AP, EAD - they were VERY carefully packaged with a detailed cover sheet on top of each of the forms, just as VJ's instructions recommend. It was A LOT of work, but it did pay off! (we firmly believe this is what sped up our process big time)

08/31/2006 - Biometrics appointment

09/09/2006 - Received my AOS appointment date!

10/26/2006 - EAD touched and AP APPROVED!

10/27/2006 - AOS appointment at 7:30 AM! APPROVED IN EXACTLY 70 DAYS!!!

11/01/2006 - EAD approved

11/02/2006 - Email notification - greencard will be mailed as soon as it is ready! YAY again!

11/02/2006 - Welcome to the United States of America letter in the mail! Almost there! =)

11/06/2006 - EAD card and White card (a.k.a. greencard) arrive in the mail!

Journey Total Duration: 80 days

Filed for removal of conditions on 07-28-2008 and had them removed on 09-10-2008

Entrevistas me irritam...

Especialmente quando o cara pergunta: "How do you see yourself in X years" eu morro de vontade de falar: "X years older."

Mas eh a vida...

E Liz, em resposta a sua pergunta sobre a viagem, sim, a viagem para a California foi muito bacana. Agora eu duvido que a Florida seja melhor :P.

No quesito brasileiros perdidos nos EUA, eu ouvi um pouco de portugues em Santa Barbara quando eu tava andando na rua.

E, como voces devem saber, a gente foi num restaurante brasileiro em LA. Restaurante bacana, PFao. Do tipo que eu comia no almoco na Berrini em Sampa.

Daqueles que vem tanta coisa empilhada que você só descobre que tem ovo no prato lá pela metade?

O bife que voce soh descobre que eh a cavalo quando o metade do prato jah era?

O que me lembra: Por que bife a cavalo eh chamado de bife a cavalo? Nao seria melhor ser bife com ovo em cima?

De qualquer maneira, esse lugar era mais "classy" que os botecoes que eu frequentava em minha tenra juventude pra economizar dinheiro enquanto trabalhava na Berrini. Hoje em dia, pra ser sincero, nao sei como eu conseguia gastar 6 reais com almoco por dia.

Mas tinha aquele "feeling" de boteco, se eh que voces me entendem. No cardapio tinha: Bife, costela, feijoada e frango.

Eu vi e falei: Um... Eu ja vi isso antes...

Soh faltou aquela braggiola com aquele bacon suspeito e aquela cenoura que voce sabe que nao passou no teste pra virar salada
