Faremos um brinde a surtação! :P

Speaking about it, I am having a little nervous breakdown here. Anyone who´s gone through Rio ever submitted an affidavit that was close to the 125%?

You see, Luis is using his dad as a co-sponsor, and his dad makes pretty much exactly 125% for his household (including myself). Anyone know if Rio is picky about this? ´Cus I heard that for the K1 interview you´re supposed to be above 100% not above 125%, and that 125% is requested for the AOS only.

Also, his dad put down some assets to completement, but I´m not too confident about all this. It´d be much simpler if my dad could sponsor me.

So, anyone was close to the poverty guidelines? Or is everyone wealthy? :P

from what I know, in Rio, they only ask it to be above 100 %. I even talked to a woman there and she confirmed to me. To make your mind free of "surting" lol... I think you should write them an e-mail asking what is the poverty guidelines followed there for K-1 :)

But I am 99 % sure that it is 100 % :P

Even if it´s 125% we´re just barely above it, but dunno, my experience in Rio isn´t the best. :lol? So I do surto, surtarei, continuarei surtando até receber meu visto. :P

I thought they asked for 125% though. The sheet they sent me in packet 3 was the same one was the povertu guidelines sheet for I-864. So... I don't know.

Laurinha, you're above the 125%. Relax!
